Sam is a civil engineer and senior project delivery professional with over 20 years’ experience across utilities and civil infrastructure. He brings practical, hands-on experience in project delivery, commercial management, stakeholder coordination and construction staging, supporting clients from tender through to completion. Sam’s experience includes senior project and operations leadership roles across complex infrastructure works, with responsibility for program delivery, safety, quality, resourcing, subcontractor management, cost control and client outcomes.
